Alexz has shot her last music video, in Toronto. She seems to be really happy of this. Here her last mail

Ok, so the video shoot went awesome. It was really special shooting in Toronto this time as I could pull in some talented friends to help out! I think you might recognize some of the guest stars… I also have a feeling some of you already know what the single is going to be. So, in the spirit of Christmas, I’ll tell you now. The music video we shot was for *drum-roll* (It’s really not THAT dramatic, but what the heck) Boogie Love!

I’m so excited for the new year!! I can’t wait for you to see the video!! It was so much fun shooting and such a memory day…

Alexz told inDiscover what the holidays mean to her:

I love the holidays..

My favourite part is the ending of a year and the beginning of a new.. It’s a time to reflect and count all the blessings that have come your way in the past 12 months.

This year, I’m more aware than ever at how much of Christmas is based on consumerism. For some reason, a happy successful North American Christmas is defined by the quantity of gifts given and received. Shouldn’t emphasis be on the thought behind the gift? To me, the time spent on a gift is worth so much more than the cost.

It’s the creativity of Christmas that’s the best part!! I love getting together with family and friends, eating, sharing and laughing. That’s the gift of Christmas. It’s cold outside, and if there’s a roof over your head and turkey (or tofurkey) in your belly… what more could you ask for?

I wish you all a warm Christmas with the growth of a whole year under your belt to take you into the next step along your journey…
